How we handle your information

Effective October 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how e75 Communications (“e75,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use e75comms.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. It applies to the Site and to any other online services that link to this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Please review it whenever you visit so you know how your information is handled.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you email or call us, or use a contact form where we offer one, we collect the information you choose to provide. On a contact form that is your name, email address, organization, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and the message you write. We use only what you send us, and we do not ask for payment card details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information. Please do not include any in your message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting and network providers automatically record standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and the date and time of the request. This is used to deliver the Site and keep it secure and reliable.

Information stored in your browser

If you use the “Pause motion” control, the Site stores your choice in your browser’s local storage so it can remember it on your next visit. This setting stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Cookies and analytics

We do not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on the Site. Our infrastructure providers may use strictly necessary technologies, such as security and performance cookies, to operate the Site. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy first and describe the choices available to you.

How we use information

  • To respond to your messages and requests;
  • To discuss, scope, and provide communications services you ask about;
  • To operate, secure, and maintain the Site;
  • To keep reasonable business records; and
  • To comply with the law and protect our rights and the rights of others.

We treat inquiries as confidential. We do not publish or share the details of a prospective client’s situation, and we do not use your contact information for advertising.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service providers. Companies that help us run the Site and handle messages, such as our email provider, Google (which processes contact form submissions where we offer a form), and our website hosting and network providers. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
  • Legal reasons. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or is needed to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business changes. In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, where information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

Third-party services and links

Where we offer a contact form, submissions are processed through Google Forms, and Google handles them under its own privacy policy. The Site may also link to other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Retention

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond to you, to carry out any work we agree to, and to maintain reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting us below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor valid requests. You can also stop us from contacting you at any time by telling us. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and local storage; doing so will not stop you from using the Site.
